Our Story

Claybourne Grille is proudly owned and operated by Tony and Robin McDaniel. With many years of experience in operations and catering with Panera Bread and McAlister's Deli, we've been grateful for the opportunity to bring that knowledge and passion into our own family-owned business.

Our core values are simple: quality food, friendly service, cleanliness, and dependability. What began on January 26, 2018, as a single food truck parked in our driveway each night has grown into two food trucks, a 3,800-square-foot building with a commercial kitchen for catering, and concessions for the City of Centerville at Stubbs Park. We're thankful for how far we've come and look forward to continuing to grow while serving our community!
